Scapolite is a combination of two Greek words, ‘scapos’, meaning rod, and ‘lithos’, meaning stone. Its name is reflective of its crystal prisms which resemble fine illustreous rods. This mineral is synonymous with independence, intuition and alignment, allowing one to acknowledge and learn from past experiences in order to flourish in the future. It asks one to self-reflect and be open to new opportunities of growth to encourage greater independence.
